User Code of Conduct

To ensure a respectful, safe, and trustworthy environment for everyone using TripNest, all users – both travelers and organizers – are expected to follow this Code of Conduct.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Be Honest

Provide truthful and accurate information about yourself, your trips, your services, or your travel preferences. Misleading descriptions or impersonation may lead to account suspension.

3. Follow the Law

You must comply with all local laws and travel regulations, including safety, documentation, visas, permits, and insurance.

4. Communicate Clearly

Respond to inquiries and messages in a timely and respectful manner. Keep communication clear, especially regarding trip details, prices, expectations, and cancellation terms.

5. Respect Privacy

Do not share personal or contact information of other users without consent. Do not spam, promote, or solicit services outside of agreed collaboration.

6. No Fraud or Misuse

Do not use the platform for illegal activities, scams, fake bookings, or payment fraud. Violators will be reported to authorities and removed from the platform.

7. Reporting Misconduct

If you encounter behavior that violates this Code, please report it immediately to our team via info@tripnest.travel. We will investigate all reports seriously.

Consequences of Violations
TripNest reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Code of Conduct, with or without prior notice.
