TripNest is a marketplace platform that connects travel organizers ("Organizers") with travelers ("Users") interested in purchasing travel-related services.
TripNest does not organize, operate, or deliver any tours or travel services directly.
We do not verify, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any content, offer, or service provided by Organizers.
2. User Eligibility
There are no age restrictions for browsing the Platform.
However, Users must be of legal age in their country to book and pay for services.

You may browse the Platform without registering.
To post or book offers, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Bookings and Payments
All payments are processed via Stripe, our secure payment provider.
By booking an experience, you agree to the specific terms outlined by the Organizer.
Payments may include platform fees, organizer fees, and applicable taxes.
TripNest does not handle refunds directly.
Any refund or cancellation requests must be made directly with the Organizer.
